Terms of Service – Om Appliance

1. Agreement Overview By scheduling a service with Om Appliance Repair (“Company”, “we”, “us”), the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all appliance diagnostics, repairs, and related services provided by the Company.
2. Services Provided We specialize in the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of household appliances. Services are provided either on-site or off-site depending on the complexity of the issue and customer preference.
3. Appointments & Access You agree to provide timely access to the appliance and a safe, reasonable working environment.
4. Estimates & Payments Estimates are provided prior to service commencement. Final billing may vary if additional parts or labor are required. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods: [list methods—e.g., credit card, online payment].
5. Warranty Labor is covered for 30 days. Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. If the customer provides their own parts, Om Appliance Repair technicians may install them at their discretion; however, no warranty will apply to either the parts or the labor associated with their installation. Warranty is void if appliances are mishandled, tampered with, or damaged after service.
6. Liability We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or issues resulting from misuse. In no event shall Om Appliance Repair be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Privacy Customer information is handled with care and only used to provide and improve our services. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Right to Refuse Service Om Appliance Repair reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving unsafe working conditions, inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with these Terms, or prior unresolved payment issues.
9. Changes to Terms These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
